My perception toward "The Value of Television"

Paul Robinson teaches history at Stanford University, specializing in modern European intellectual history. This is an excerpt from his award winning essay, which hereceived from the American Conservative Union.

this excerpt is basically about the value of television in which in Paul Robinson point of view that educational programmed on Television cannot conduct a mental debate which is a very important process in learning and the worst thing on television is educational TV because it make the victim uneducable. Paul Robinson also stated that the only reason for TV is to entertain and the most popular programmed nowadays is to watch unintelligent show. His last objection on the topic is that television can only entertain.

It is said that television corrupted the mid of the watcher by showing violent program especially children, they are easily influence by what they seen. In the other hand although there are many shows that seems to have good benefits to us, we're easily believe with what the television showed and tells us for example, when we watch a show that related to our living style, surely without any doubt we follow its instruction.
